Return Policy

We fully stand behind our products and we want to make sure your are totally satisfied with your purchase. Products  can be returned within 30 days of the receipt date.

Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt, if there is evidence of damage or if you received the incorrect item please notify us in 48 hours. 

All of our products are 100% hand made so occasional minute variations in dimensions can be expected.

Made to Order (MTO) - Custom products can't be returned or exchanged unless the product is damaged when delivered.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes.

Before you return your product you must contact us via email first so we can provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Product returned for any reason other than damage, defect or shipping error is subject to a 25% restocking fee. We strongly recommend insuring all returns or exchanges at full value and securely re-pack the item in case damage in transit occurs.

For exchanges and/or returns (other than damage, defect or shipping error) shipping costs are to be paid by the buyer. Free shipping only applies to new orders.

Items must be in the original packaging and original condition. Opened, used, damaged during installation and custom made items can't be returned or exchanged.
