What is Artesano Copper Sinks Return & Exchange Policy?
Product can be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. No questions asked.Before you return your product you must contact us via email first so we can provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number. Product returned for any reason other than damage, defect or shipping error is subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Items must be in the original packaging and original condition. Used, damaged during installation, clearance and custom made items can't be returned or exchanged.
No returns or exchanges will be authorized after 30 days from the purchase date.
Please inspect your items immediately upon receipt, if there is evidence of damage during shipping please refuse delivery and notify us immediately.
Damaged products must be reported via e-mail within 48 hours of receipt and all original packaging material must be saved so you can use it when returning an item.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, or if you believe that part of your order is missing, please contact us immediately. We will be happy to replace any damaged items, but please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will make the proper arrangements for a replacement, assuming a comparable replacement is available. You may also need to send photos via email to assess the damage so we can process the claim.
